Stacey Antonakos-Perez
Design Studio Manager
Hello, I’m Stacey and I’ve been honored to be the Manager of the Highland Homes Personal Selection Studio since 2008.
In 2003 I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication, and a minor in Merchandising. Throughout college, I was highly involved with playing soccer and flag football, and worked as a leasing consultant and a soccer recruiter/coach. Upon graduation, I worked in the design department for a custom builder, Bayfair Homes, and collaborated with Griffin Designs, a Tampa interior design firm, to design clients’ dream homes. During my time with Bayfair, I took several design and art classes hosted by the International Academy of Design & Technology and worked side by side with Coastal Living Magazine as they built the 2005 home of the year in Mirabay.
In March 2008, I accepted the opportunity to become the Design Studio Manager for Highland Homes. It has been an amazing 16 years of running the design center, designing and coordinating model homes, and working with vendors and purchasing to keep the design center up to date with the latest products and home design trends for our homebuyers.
I currently live in Lutz with my husband, three kids, and a dog. In my off time, I enjoy being with my kids, usually watching them on the soccer and football field or being involved at their school, and volunteering at a local pet rescue in Tampa. When I am not on the field or at the rescue, I love to watch movies and football, or be out shopping!
