We know the purchase of a home is one of the single largest investments most families will ever make. To help protect your investment, we include quality warranty coverage on every home that we build.

One Year Builder Warranty

After closing, your home is covered under the Highland Homes Builder Warranty, which is in effect for one year and begins when you take possession of your new home. The Builder Warranty protects your home against material defects.

During this first year, your home is also covered by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, as an additional level of protection. Highland Homes continues to remain claims-free with our third-party warranty provider, which means we have handled and resolved all of our warranty claims internally, but it is nice to know that you have the additional protection of an independent, neutral mediator to help resolve your warranty claims.
