After Hours Emergencies for Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Systems

Monday through Friday after 5  p.m., weekends, and holidays

 

In the event of an after-hours emergency issue:

  • Please reference the vendor sticker on the panel box door in your garage to find the contact number for the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Subcontractor for your home.
  • Immediately call the appropriate Subcontractor and provide:
    • Details of the issue
    • Your address
    • Your contact information
  • Then, call the Highland Homes Customer Service Department at 863-937-8991 and leave us a detailed message so we can follow up and ensure your issue has been resolved:
    • Details of the issue
    • Your address
    • Your contact information
    • Confirmation that the Subcontractor has been called

Emergency issues include:

  • HVAC
    • Total loss of heat during extreme cold weather conditions
    • Total loss of AC when the daytime outside temperature is 90 degrees or higher, or when infants or persons under medical care are in the home
  • Electrical
    • Total loss of electrical power to the entire home
  • Plumbing
    • Plumbing leak that requires the water supply to be shut off at the main
    • Total sewage stoppage and backup
